Neuronutrition

Nutrition Through the Lens of Neuroscience

Neuronutrition explores the relationship between nutrition, the brain, nervous system regulation, emotional health, metabolism, behavior, and body composition.

This program combines neuroscience and nutrition to help students understand how food influences:

  • cognitive function

  • mood

  • hormones

  • inflammation

  • nervous system states

  • cravings

  • energy regulation

  • weight management

  • behavioral patterns

Students learn how nutrition impacts neurological pathways and how the brain influences eating behaviors, emotional regulation, and long-term health patterns.

The program focuses on sustainable nourishment, nervous system support, metabolic understanding, and individualized nutritional awareness rather than restrictive dieting approaches.

Biorhythm

Movement, Rhythm, and Nervous System Integration

Biorhythm focuses on the connection between the brain, body, movement, and natural neurological rhythms.

This program teaches individuals how to recognize and respond to the body’s internal signaling systems through movement, awareness, nervous system observation, and rhythm-based integration.

Participants learn how physical movement, emotional states, stress patterns, breath, posture, and neurological rhythms influence overall well-being.

Biorhythm emphasizes the body’s natural need for:

  • movement

  • release

  • regulation

  • adaptation

  • rhythm

  • recovery

The program encourages deeper awareness of how the body stores tension and how intentional movement may support emotional and neurological balance.

The body continuously communicates through rhythm, tension, movement, and sensation.

The body often carries what the mind has not fully processed.

Somatic Bodywork

Touch, Release, and Trauma-Informed Body Integration

Somatic Bodywork is a four-pillar program focused on understanding the body as a space where emotional experiences, tension patterns, stress responses, and trauma may be physically stored.

This program teaches students how intentional touch, body awareness, nervous system understanding, movement, and guided practices may support physical and emotional release.

Participants learn:

  • Body mapping

  • Tension recognition

  • Nervous system responses

  • Trauma-informed awareness

  • Somatic release techniques

  • Touch-based integration

  • Emotional holding patterns

  • Grounding and regulation practices

  • Hormones

  • Stress

  • Sleep

  • Emotional wellbeing

  • Circulation

  • Detoxification

  • Skin health products

  • Internal & External Beauty Understanding

  • Holistic Skin & Body Education

  • Lifestyle & Nervous System Support

Rather than separating the body, brain, emotions, nervous system, movement, and lifestyle, these studies explore how each system continuously influences the other.

Dahiana Naidu's goal is not only to share information.
